Citadel Floor Finishing System (CFFS)
Citadel Floor Finishing System (CFFS) is a revolutionary, fast curing, aliphatic Polyurea coating. The product is resistant to salt, oil, gasoline and other contaminants. A wide variety of mediums can be broadcast into CFFS, to achieve an unlimited amount of looks.
The base of our system is an industrial grade coating that has been used for years to protect bridge decks, chemical tanks and many other structures because of its superior qualities. CFFS has four times the abrasion resistance, twice the adhesion, and 95% more flexibility than Epoxy. Combine these characteristics with its ability to cure rapidly at any temperature CFFS is in its own league.
Benefits of CFFS
CFFS can be completed in one day at any temperature and has a very high UV resistance "which means it does not yellow or fade over time compared to traditional epoxies and urethanes". Its ability to resist oil stains and deterioration of salts, gasoline and other contaminates is unmatched. The coating is also very impact and abrasion resistant. CFFS is ideal for garage floors, automotive sales and service areas, warehouses, medical treatment and pharmaceutical floors, retail areas, public facilities such as restrooms, laboratories, and animal kennels to name a few.
CFFS can coat almost any concrete.
Almost any structurally sound concrete floor, whether new or old, can be coated. But there are some exceptions. New floors should be in place at least 28 days before CFFS is applied in order to ensure adequate curing.
