Single Component Polyurea—no mixing, no measuring, no waste, easy to apply; and as a “single component”, it only needs inventory space for a single item. Its chemical and abrasion resistance, along with its incredible adhesion, are rated at more than 20 times stronger than any epoxy product on the market, making it one of the toughest coatings on the planet, even surpassing our Polyaspartic Polyureas.

The virtually unlimited pot life of Single Component Polyurea allows for work at any pace, and allows a mere 4-8 hours walk on time and 24 hour return to service. Due to its proprietary blend of resins, Poly100-SC allows installers to “wet-out” large areas before broadcasting decorative aggregates such as quartz, vinyl chips, or flint. This longer “open time” results in perfect broadcasts every time, eliminating problems with light coverage, inconsistencies, or blemishes.

This coating is highly abrasion resistant, has a “built-in” topcoat (high gloss finish) and has excellent adhesion to prepared concrete; if extra strength or UV resistance is required, one of our topcoats can be applied.
